Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on beastudio.me infringes your copyright, send our Designated Agent a written notice that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. The exact URL of each page or item you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We may not be able to act on a notice that leaves out any of these items.

Designated Agent

DMCA Designated Agent: [Agent full name]
[Legal entity name]
[Business street address, city, country]
Email: [DMCA email]
Phone: [Phone number]

What happens next

When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material, and notify the uploader or content provider where one can be identified.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send our Designated Agent a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed, and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Unless the original complainant notifies us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

We block or remove sources of content that repeatedly infringe the rights of others, in appropriate circumstances.

False claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether content infringes your rights, consider consulting a lawyer first.

Non-consensual content removal

You do not need to own the copyright to ask us to remove intimate content that was shared without your consent, or that depicts you in a manner you did not agree to, including deepfakes. Send the URL, a brief explanation, and a way to contact you to [Abuse email].

We review these requests as a priority and aim to remove qualifying content within 48 hours. If you are reporting on behalf of someone else, tell us your relationship to that person. Requests are handled confidentially.
